Terms and Agreements

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your business with Limoges Beauty. Over the past five years, it has been an honor to be part of your electrolysis journey. Your satisfaction is important to us and we hope to have been successful in providing you with top-notch service.

In order to maintain superior client service, we have updated our Terms and Agreements to ensure everyone’s best experience, beginning on December 1, 2019.

Why are these changes being made?

It is necessary to implement these changes in order to maintain premium service quality. Regrettably, a few clients have disregarded our scheduling policies, resulting in unintended repercussions for other clients. It is important for each of our busy clients to be able to rely on us for promptness.

  • Provide premium service

  • Minimize cancellations and scheduling within a 24-hour time frame

  • Secure calendar appointment in advance

    Scheduling

    Beginning December 1, 2019, we ask that you do not double or triple book sessions in consideration for all of our clients. Although notifications are offered as a courtesy, it is the client’s ultimate responsibility to keep track of appointments they make.

    Specifically, we ask that you do not:

  • Book more than one appointment per week unless specified in your treatment plan

  • Book more than six weeks in advance

  • Book more than three appointments in 30 days

  • Reschedule more than three times in 60 days

  • Please note that you may request electrologist approval for scheduling permissions. We understand that you have a busy schedule and things change. Therefore, a courtesy pass per year will be offered at the discretion of Limoges Beauty.

Rescheduling & Cancelling

We ask that you kindly respect these policies for all appointments. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in a termination of booking privileges. We want each of our clients to know they can depend on us. Specifically, we ask that you:

  • To notify us of a late arrival. This might result in forfeiting the appointment

  • Reschedule or cancel within 48 hours prior to the reserved appointment

  • Please provide proof of contact (email, text, voicemail)

  • Keep an up-to-date card on file at all times

    Rescheduling and Cancelling Outcomes

  • Late arrivals do not guarantee shifting you into a later time slot

  • Cancellation within 24h will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount

  • Cancellation within 48h will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount

  • You cannot book additional appointments until your cancellation fee is rectified

  • If new card on file is declined, this will result in scheduling restrictions

  • Technicians may change due to unforeseen schedule shifts

  • Limoges Beauty reserves the right to cancel any appointment at any time

    Pricing

    Due to annual increased cost of expenses, we will be raising our prices to maintain the utmost service quality. Please note that throughout our five years of business, our rate of increased costs is below the industry average. We aim to be affordable for our clients and offer package deal discounts to offset these increases. We hope to continue having you as a valued client of ours.

    Appointment prices will increase respectively less than 10% for staff and master electrologist:

  • Staff

  • $55 for 15 minutes

  • $85 for 30 minutes

  • $140 for 45 minutes

  • $165 for 1 hour

  • Master

  • $65 for 15 min

  • $95 for 30 min

  • $165 for 45 min

  • $215 for 60 min

Please note that package deals cannot be divided into multiple sessions. For example, a 30-minute package cannot be spilt into two 15-minute appointments.

In order to mitigate the risk of mistaken charges as well as enhancing safety for both parties, we kindly ask you to fill the credit card authorization form in appendix 1 and these terms in the office.
